#MetalChick Ep 050 – Steven Fedder – Under Darkest Skies

Steven Fedder, lead singer of Under Darkest Skies stops by to chat about why so many bands choose the screamo tactic rather than incorporating clean vocals into their music.

Listen in to hear why he shies away from clean vocals and emoting that style.

Then we talk about how he got into music, how his grandpa’s accordion was an influence, how White Knuckle Trip set him on his path to being a lead singer, and how Under Darkest Skies got started.

Great interview, I don’t always care from the screaming, I like heavier music and I like when bands can intertwine the two styles.
I look forward to hearing what the band comes up with.
